Lithuanian Scout Camps 1999 and other events
 |
Lithuanian Scouts have a rich tradition of summer camping in the United States and Canada. This year is no exception: whereas last year scouts all camped at a single location on the East Coast, in 1999, scouts are participating in Regional camps in "Rambynas" on the West Coast, "Rakas" in the Midwest, "Romuva" in Canada and at Camp Resolute in the Atlantic Region.

| June 30 - July 11 | Pacific Ocean Region scaout camp in the Loss Angeles "Rambynas" camp site. |
| July 20 - 27 | "Amber" and "Oak Tree" camp for scout leaders at the "Rakas" scout camp in Custer, MI |
| July 28 - August 7 | US Lithuanian Scout Midwestern Region scout camp at the "Rakas" scout camp in Custer, MI |
| August 1 - 15 | Canada Region scout camp at the "Romuva" scout camp not far from Toronto, Ontario Canada |
| August 15 - 22 | Atlantic Region scout camp at Camp Resolute, Bolton, MA |
